You’ve probably heard it before. You become what you think. Whatever it is you focus on, including your fears, doubts, worries become reality because they are present in your mind. Human beings have somewhere between 35-48 thoughts per minute and most of these are negative. That’s just how most people are programmed. Most people spend their lives worrying and waiting for whats next in life or too busy complaining about their present situation or focused on what is missing from their lives. Most people don’t control their thoughts and let their thoughts go where they may ruling their lives. However, our mind and the things we focus on is one of the most powerful tools we each possess.
A simple example. Have you ever woken, felt really tired, and all day talked about how tired you were? Did you notice that the more you thought about how tired your were, you remained tired. Can you think of a time where you did not want something in your life and you thought about it so much that this thing that you did not want happened anyways? Whether its a positive, negative, or neutral thought, if you focus on it, it will manifest itself. Believing in change truly makes it possible. Your thoughts create your reality. So be mindful of what consumes your thoughts.
